Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery services are available to most pincodes through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Kerala: 2–5 business days
South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to track the status of your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected serviceable locations. Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, Kindwood is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
